How to Get to Mississippi Aquarium
Mississippi Aquarium is located at 2100 East Beach Blvd, Gulfport, Mississippi 39501.Due to the route of the Triathlon, we recommend guests travel towards the aquarium southbound on Highway 49 from I10 or from the west.
Parking for Mississippi Aquarium
With the excitement surrounding this event, traffic levels may be elevated, and parking may be sparse. We recommend planning ahead and have provided some suggestions below to best assist.
Due to the Triathlon route, access and/or parking in the Coast Transit Authority Parking garage adjacent to the aquarium may be limited. The address for the parking garage is: 1417 20th Avenue, Gulfport, Mississippi 39501. The standard Coast Transit Authority parking rates apply.
Parking is also available on the streets surrounding the aquarium. Jones Park may have limited parking availability due to the event. However, MSAQ is anchored downtown within walking distance to the beach and some wonderful local businesses, so we suggest visiting some of Gulfport Main Street partners before heading over for the MSAQ or cheering on those participating in the Triathlon.
Entering Mississippi Aquarium
Mississippi Aquarium's Main Gate located next to our iconic Sails and the CTA Tram Bridge will be open as normal. We are open from 10:00am-5:00pm with last entry at 4:00pm. To find the main gate from parking, follow the round teal arrows leading the way.
For guest convenience, Mississippi Aquarium will open the West Gate off of 22nd and 14th with a satellite ticketing station. This will also be open from 10:00am-4:00pm.
Via either entrance, guests are encouraged to purchase their tickets online in advance to save time and for the best possible price.
