Annual Pass Terms & Conditions
Each Member (individually, a “Member”) must follow Mississippi Aquarium procedures to have a photo associated with his/her membership in Mississippi Aquarium files for identification purposes. A Member must have his/her valid membership card in hand and a current photo on file for Mississippi Aquarium admission. Photos on file for active Members must be periodically updated with current photos. At this time, adults must replace their photos every ten (10) years and children (under the age of 18) must replace their photos every three (3) years. Further identification may be required. Membership cards are not valid for private events or events that require a separate admission. Memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable. All sales are final. Restrictions apply including, but not limited to, capacity constraints and other closures. Membership does not guarantee admission, especially during high attendance periods. Additionally, membership cards may not be used for commercial purposes and are void if altered or misused. Park and services (such as Pelican Pointe Café and the Gulf Shop) may change operating hours, close temporarily, or may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability. Entry into the Mississippi Aquarium constitutes consent for Mississippi Aquarium to use any film, video or reproduction of image and/or voice of a member for any purpose whatsoever without any payment to the member. Mississippi Aquarium is not responsible for lost or stolen property. A member must abide by any rules and regulations applicable to the Mississippi Aquarium or to the use of the membership cards as promulgated by Mississippi Aquarium. Mississippi Aquarium reserves the right to cancel, suspend or revoke any Membership card or deny admission to any Member at any time for any reason.
A Guest wishing to upgrade to a membership from general admission price must upgrade within 14 days of purchase. Each guest wishing to upgrade his/her ticket to a Membership must be present at the time of the upgrade transaction. Complimentary ticket (except for certain promotional tickets), special event ticket and tickets stating its ineligibility for an upgrade may not be upgraded to a Membership card. Membership is ONLY valid for the person named on the card and is non-transferable.
Membership purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable. No changes, refunds and/or credit will be issued after sale is complete. Please be certain that all names, the appropriate category and all information is correct before paying for Membership.
The value of any ticket may not be used toward the renewal of an existing Membership card. A “renewal” is the purchase of another year of Member benefits before the expiration date of a currently existing and valid Membership card. All Membership card types are available for renewal unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any renewal discounts are valid only until the applicable current Membership card’s expiration date.
A Member must present his/her valid Membership card and valid photo identification prior to purchases to receive any applicable benefits and discounts. Benefits and discounts are nontransferable and may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Such benefits and discounts are for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purpose including, without limitation, to obtain or purchase items or services with the intent to resell such items or services. Merchandise discounts are valid at the Gulf Shop located next to the Ticket Office. From time to time, select third parties may also offer discounts/benefits to Members and such offers shall be solely the responsibility of such third parties without any liability to Mississippi Aquarium or its affiliates. Please ask about any applicable discounts at a location prior to purchase. Benefits and discounts are determined solely by Mississippi Aquarium or the applicable location/store owner and may change without notice.
As a member of Mississippi Aquarium, a member will be eligible to receive periodic mailers and newsletters and other communications about the Mississippi Aquarium and other Mississippi Aquarium affiliated products and services and select unaffiliated, third party Member offers, including information about events, products, opportunities, services and special offers and discounts available to Members. Members may also be sent information about special events, products, services and offers based on their activities at the Mississippi Aquarium. These communications may be sent by postal mail or by email, based on the contact information provided to membership services. You may choose not to receive these communications by contacting member services and changing your preferences. Please be aware that if you do not allow us to send you certain communications, we may not be able to deliver information to you about special member events and opportunities, or about products and services that may take into account your interests and preferences.
Please report a change in your address to Mississippi Aquarium Member Services.
If a Membership card is lost or stolen, the Member is asked to report the situation to Member Services located at front entrance of Aquarium or by calling (228) 205-0536. The first lost or stolen membership card is replaced free of charge. For each additional replacement card, member will be charged a fee $5.00 per card. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive a replacement Membership card.
All terms, conditions and benefits including, but not limited to, admission privileges, prices, experiences availability, benefits and discounts are subject to restrictions, availability, and change or cancellation without notice at any time.
