Position Title: Ticketing Ambassador
Department: Sales and Marketing
Classification: Part-Time, Non-Exempt (10-20 hours per week)
Direct Report: Ticketing Manager
Ticket Ambassadors are the first team members to interact with guests. Ambassadors warmly greet and assist guests with purchases as well as scan tickets and membership cards at Entry Plaza. They serve as a welcoming team member for all guests entering and help maintain crowd control. Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is required. Hours vary seasonally.
